The Approach
The work at Luminous begins with a different understanding of what it means to be human.
Much of our lives become organised around adaptation. We learn to survive through protective patterns, inherited beliefs, conditioned identities, and ways of being that once served us well but gradually distance us from ourselves.
Over time, this disconnection can appear in many forms. Anxiety. Burnout. Relationship difficulties. A loss of meaning. The persistent feeling that the life we are living no longer reflects the person we are becoming.
Rather than seeing these experiences solely as problems to eliminate, this work approaches them with curiosity.
Not because suffering is something to seek, but because it often reveals where our lives are asking for change.
Coming home to yourself is not about returning to who you once were.
It is about developing a deeper relationship with who you are becoming.

The Foundations
-
Psychotherapy
Depth-oriented psychotherapy offers a space to slow down and explore your inner life with curiosity and honesty.
Drawing from transpersonal and depth psychology, I work with patterns, relationships, emotions, dreams, meaning, and the unconscious forces that shape your experience. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, therapy becomes a place to understand what your life may be asking of you and to support the emergence of new possibilities.
-
Transformational Coaching
Transformation coaching is for those navigating periods of growth, transition, or change.
While psychotherapy often explores the origins of our patterns, coaching focuses on how we consciously engage with the life that is unfolding now. Together we explore values, purpose, identity, relationships, and the practical integration of insight into everyday life.
The work is less about achieving a version of success and more about living in greater alignment with who you are becoming.
-
Breathwork
Breathwork offers another doorway into the work, one that begins with the body.
Through conscious breathing, we create space for emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and deeper awareness. Where words sometimes reach their limits, the body often continues the conversation.
Rather than replacing psychotherapy, breathwork complements it, offering access to experiences that are often difficult to reach through thinking alone.
THE EXPERIENCE
A space that adapts to you.
No two people arrive with the same questions, which is why no two therapeutic relationships unfold in exactly the same way.
Some conversations explore the past and the patterns that continue to shape the present. Others stay with what is happening now, your relationships, your body, your work, your inner life. At times we work through dialogue, at others through silence, imagination, reflection, or embodied practices.
There is no fixed agenda and no expectation to arrive with the right words.
The work unfolds through curiosity, honesty, and relationship, creating space for insight to become lived experience rather than simply intellectual understanding.
Who this work is for
-
You sense there is more to your experience than simply managing symptoms.
-
You find yourself repeating the same patterns without understanding why.
-
You are curious about meaning, purpose, and human potential as much as healing.
-
The life you've built no longer feels fully aligned with who you are becoming.
-
You want to understand yourself more deeply, not only what has happened to you, but who you might become because of it.
-
You are willing to approach yourself with honesty rather than certainty.
BEGIN HERE
A space to feel,
understand, and reconnect.
You don't have to figure it all out alone. This is where the work begins.
